During tour

Casual, drip-dry lightweight clothes are perfect. Other items, depending on your tour require a swimming costume and towel, small portable umbrella, medications and of course your camera to capture all those wonderful sights (don’t forget your spare batteries or charger!). There is no need for lots of formal clothes, however you might like to include a few options to wear out for dinner, but above all you want to be comfortable.

If you have chosen Nuwara Eliya, hill country destinations, don’t forget to bring cool climate cloths.

Yes, we have one of the newest fleets in Sri Lanka. Our modern and luxurious cars/van/buses are equipped with air conditioning, seat belts and ample legroom. Most of our coaches are also equipped with phone chargers and free WiFi to keep you in touch with the outside world.

Yes, we pride ourselves on offering the perfect mix of sightseeing and free time. While many amazing must-see experiences are included, there is also time to shop, explore, relax in a local cafe or take a walk.

Tours longer than 7 days we may have leisure time, minimum 1 night, this allows rejuvenating yourself and our team member.

Most of our tours include only breakfast. Other meals we intentionally don’t include, like lunches and dinners, to give you the flexibility to explore in your free time and try all kinds of local cuisine.

Breakfast is included daily on our tours and generally comprises of cereals, fruit juices and a selection of cooked dishes such as eggs, bacon, and sausages, toast, tea, and coffee. Also, you can enjoy Sri Lanka breakfast meals.

No restriction on luggage’s but we recommend you keep number of luggage’s to low as possible, please refer to the following.

You are allowed one medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width not to exceed 140cm (56”) in larger group more than 10 passengers. The maximum weight of luggage must not exceed 23kg (50lbs). We suggest you have wheels on your suitcase, as there are certain places where assistance is not available.

Alternative arrangements should be made for forwarding excess baggage to the final destination prior to commencing your Dream Lanka Tour.

Passengers booked on a small group less than 10 passengers tour only permitted to carry a small soft carry bag (30x30x70cm) with a maximum weight of 20kg, plus a small day pack.

Government regulations prohibit smoking on board all tourist coaches in Sri Lanka. Please restrict smoking to the ample stops on your Tour. Smoking is also not permitted in hotels, restaurants and public spaces such as shops, museums and art galleries in Sri Lanka.

While it’s not compulsory (tips are not included in our online price), tipping is becoming an increasingly accepted practice in all areas of the service industry, but particularly in restaurants, bars and taxis.  Please feel free to tip your owner operate drivers/chauffeur guides.

Yes. Transfers between airport and your hotels are included at no additional cost.
